My Dream Vacation

        My dream vacation is a visit to Russia that is the largest nation in the world. Russia is a major industrial nation and its history, culture and makes it one of the most popular travel destinations in the world both for business and recreation.

            First, I will go to Moscow that is the capital city of Russian and no vacation to the country is complete without seeing its largest and most modern region. Moscow is thehub of Russian politics, economy and culture and the home of theathers, film studios and other culturally important institutions. Millions of people visit Moscow in the spring and autumn. A vacation in Russian simply must include a visit to its exciting capital city.

         

         Russia is a great choice for a luxury vacation, honeymoon destination or a sea cruise on the Baltic. If you simply want to learn more about Russian culture or politics it is an ideal holiday destination. A vacation in Russia filled with romance and intrigue for most people. Its nature can be starkly beautiful and its modern conveniences mean you would not want for anything while you are there. Russia’s cities are filled with treasures, its nature is pristine and people hard-working and friendly.

         Another place I want to go is The Hermitage. It is Russia’s art museum, located in the Winter Palace of the Russian Tsars. There we will find artworks by da Vinci, Raphael and Titian, Dutch and Flemish art by Rembrandt, Rubens and Van Dyck as well as work by the great French impressionists.

        Furthermore, my vacation in Russia is not complete without a visit to the Palace Square. This is a large square in St Petersburg where visitors can marvel at The Alexander Column. The Alexander Column stands 155 feet high and was built in honor of Alexander I and his defeat of Napoleon in 1812. Another landmark in the square is the Arch of the General Headquarters. This arch is 3,300 feet and the longest arch in existence in Europe.

        Russia is the best place for go to the vacation because it wants something unique and filled with elegance and romance. The variety of places we can go and indirectly we have a variety of knowledge related to Russia.

Should I Have A Boyfriend While Studying

          Love is very beautiful word. It cannot be explain by word or expression. Mostly the teenagers think that love can make them happy in life. For instance, in university almost the students will have their partner. I agree the statement that should I have a boyfriend while studying to certain extent.

          First of all, I think there is a advantage to have a boyfriend while studying that is give inspiration to do well and study well but I should know the limitation. There is nothing wrong having relationship with someone. But it also depend on the situation if ever my boyfriend is good influence in my life that would be much better. I must know how to manage his time, family and friends and also discipline myself without affecting my studies then there would be no problem.

          But there also have the disadvantage when have a boyfriend while studying. The disadvantage is can disregard my study. It is because if I cannot manage my time with him, totally it can make my CGPA going down. Furthermore, having a boyfriend while studying requires a lot of balancing or time management between studies and him. For instance, it hard to me to see him when I have so many assignments. Then, he difficult to understand me with my work in my task and totally I disregard my study.

          Besides that, when have a boyfriend while studying, it can cause someone to act for violation of university rules, they do not attend class, do not make the task given and so forth. Then, they started to act violently as an example of fighting just because of jealousy of a lover. It is because they are too obsessed to love while studying. However, the university will not hesitate to take appropriate measures against students who violate the university rules.

          As the conclusion, should or not I have a boyfriend while studying, it depends on the individuals to manage their time wisely with family, friends, boyfriend and others.

Thing I Do To Keep Myself Motivated

Motivate is provide someone with a motive for doing something. Another meaning for motivate is stimulate someone’s interest in or enthusiasm for doing something. Motivate important to everyone because only with motivate we can achieve what we want in my life.

          Firstly, things I do to keep myself motivated are have a mentor. Mentoring gives me a very powerful feeling of connection to others. Besides that, it also can explaining things to people builds your own capabilities. Having mentor, we can share our problems with our mentor. So, they can help us if they know how to solve our problems. For example, in school, university or others mostly as the students, they have their “academic advisor”. Academic advisor play important role to advice their mentee.

          Second, stay in touch with our parent. Parent is the people who take care of us from us as a child until now as the adult. They always teach us how to speak well, walk, and others. They also who have go to work for us can study at school. Our parent want their children only go to the school to get knowledge and just focus to our studies. For instance, my parent always gives support to me so I will study well at school. They also said, they want me will continue my study in the university and now, I have prove it that with my parents’ pray I continue my study at NDUM.

          Thirdly, we must have high level confidence in what we want. Confidence is important so that we will try our best to do something. Confidence level also is very important, especially among students. It is because it’s important for they feel that feeling sure to carry out a task that has been given. Moreover, the confidence level should be on every student in the university because they will need when performing task such as presentation in the class. If they have this soft skill, they can put it while in their career world. Presentation is the way for students to show their abilities and confidence to the audience.

          Based on my opinion, I can make a conclusion that everyone must have to keep themselves motivated. It is very important mostly when to achieve their desire or dream in their lives. We need know what our life direction is and what we want in our lives.

Free Topic: My Experience

April 2010 is the wonderful day for me. It because that day I was came to register in NDUM. I got offer in Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management in NDUM. I took this course for 3 years. I feel sad because I will leave without my loving family. I am sure that I will miss my family very much.

April 7^th 2011, I shove off from Segamat to Kuala Lumpur at 6.00 am. The journey takes only four until five hours. At first, I do not have the feeling to go there because I not fully ready to continue my studying. But for my family, I was willing to do that. Furthermore, this is also my future in my life. At 11.00 am, I arrive at NDUM. For the first time, I need to do the registration by my own. I feel scared because I do not know how to do it. Moreover, parent did not for the permission to do the registration with their children. So, as the new student in university I do the registration by follow the procedure. After I have finished register, I must go to the hostel to put all the things that I have brought. Only student got the permission to get in the hostel. At 2.00 pm, my parent go back home. I feel very sad because before this I cannot leave without my family.

For the first week, I have the orientation in NDUM as a new student. NDUM is the unique university because only this university have take important in discipline. This university has cadets and civilian students. They were handling by MOHE and MINDEF. After one week, I can adopt myself in NDUM. I am happy because can get more new friends. I also considerable experience studying in NDUM. Although NDUM is a new university but these university as it had been long time built.

NDUM is the place that I cannot imagine it because only this university has handle by two parties. Moreover, this university has a strong sense of discipline. The students of NDUM must wear their uniform to class. In this university, we must respect to our senior students.

A Letter To My Mother

Dearest Mom,

How are you? I hope you in good health. I am here in a healthy condition. There is so many things I want to say but honestly I do not know where to begin. After one month here, I have been able to adapt to me here.

National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) is a unique and boutique university. The unique part in this university is that it is supported by two different ministries, the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia (MOHE) and the MINDEF. The university runs academic and military training concurrently. Because of the unique learning and teaching environment, the university is labelled as a ‘boutique’ university by the MOHE. The NDUM is composed of cadets and civilian students. I as civilian student must obliged to follow ‘PALAPES’. I have learned a lot here and I feel very happy. Sometimes even the management at the university have a problem, but it does not change my desire to continue learning here. I never feel sorry for study here. In my opinion, studying in any university is the same as the acquired knowledge is very important. Moreover, I was able to study about military here. In the military, I learned many things. Among these are open and tide weapons, how to shoot and others. In addition, I was given an allowance based on attendance and every hour I was given an allowance of RM4.

Everyday I got thinking how my life without you. Having a mother like you was the greatest gift. Thank you for shaping me into a person who I am today. Thank you for always having hope for me. Thank you for telling me not to give up when I said I could not do it anymore. Thank you for always giving advice to me. Thank you for everything you have done for me and thank you for everything you have said. I cannot imagine how my life without you. Maybe without you, I can not to continue my education in the university. Now, I realise that you are very important in my life. With your support, I am real human now. I only want you to be proud of me. Mom, I know you always pray for my success in my life. I really love you, mom.

My New Year Resolution

Resolution is very strong desire to achieve the aim. So what is my resolution? As a student, my resolution is I want to succeed in future. I wish my parent were very proud of the success that I will get one day.  But other people resolutions are different. Maybe other people resolutions are want to be rich, want to go Paris and others. There also people who don’t have any resolution in their lives. They are not interesting to make their resolutions because they think that is no advantage or it just only pointless. Why we need resolution? Resolution as like a promise to ourselves. People must have resolutions because it can make someone become better. But not everyone can achieve their resolutions because it depend how a person want to achieve their aim. That means it has advantage and disadvantage. The advantages when we make our resolution are we can improve our lives, can achieve what we want in lives, and others. But for the disadvantages are can’t to achieve the resolution because they haven’t know how to realize their resolution to become truth. Another disadvantage is they are doing have the good commitment to achieve their resolution. They also don’t have confident with themselves. But to me, if I want to make my resolution become truth, I will do anything to realize it. How to realize this resolution? In my opinion, I should really understand what resolution is before I make it. If I really want to achieve the resolution that has been made, I must try hardly and whole-hearted to become better than before. Through a good attitude and commitment, I can achieve my resolution. So. I should change my attitude first to make the resolution. The resolution will be not succeed if the old attitudes and behaviors still not changed or still the same. My resolution’s only wish my parent were very proud of me. Thank to my parent because make me as a real human now. I really love my parent so much.

English usage

Why are we required to learn the English language??? English language will help our country to succeed as any other country??? For example, Japan only practices their language without using English but they can still be successful. We should take pride in their own language. Malay language is the language of our ancestors long ago. Therefore, we need to balance the use of Malay language and English, so that we will not forget their own language that was used by our ancestors. Wether we like it or not, we need to know how to use English because we have been required. Particular, teenagers need to know this language. Most of the jobs on offer now  the emphasizes the use of English. Besides that, education of English language must pass to gain a place at university...

Our future.....

The future is something that involves the important matters of our dreams. Our future is important because these thing will make the changes in our lives. I have a dream and I want to make that dream come true. So, I have tried my best to achieve my dreams. However, it is not easy to achieve success in life. We need try and keep trying to achieve our dreams. We also need to pray to ask for guidance from Him. With the efforts, prayers, encouragement and blessing from our parents, the dream would be achieved. Therefore, merged of these elements will help someone to achieve their dream....
